I bring to my practice a true desire to help people, by showcasing an empathic style that stem from a multitude of life and professional experiences. I'm a certified Neuro-transformational coach, Certified Advanced Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner and have my Master's in Social Work as well as Bachelor’s in Management with a focus in Human Services. I specialize in being able to work in a multifaceted way with teams, groups, and individuals. I navigate my clients through a solution-focused process to attain their goals in many areas including; business, career, relationships, manage emotions, and personal /life.

I know that entering any program may be a difficult and emotionally charged decision. Consequently, I listen carefully to my clients, working at a steady pace, supporting but also challenging them. I've helped many clients better understand themselves, empowering them to make choices that lead to more fulfilling lives.

My role is to work with you to achieve the freedom and/or joy you deserve. I will also help you to attain and surpass your goals and/or desires in order for you to experience your best life. I am passionate and dedicated towards people with unique experiences and knowledge. I naturally think outside the box and I am hoping to tackle new opportunities. I have been trained by experts in several areas that has allowed me to understand people's struggles so I can work with them. I have an MSW (Master's in Social Work), Bachelors' in Human Services/ Management, and am a certified neuro-transformational coach.

I have been trained by experts in several areas, including learning styles, facilitation, T4T, curriculum development, speaking, and much more.
